Vista to Acquire Majority Stake in Banque Agricole et Commerciale
Vista Group Holding, a pan-African financial services group has obtained all required regulatory approvals, including authorization from the relevant authorities, for the acquisition of a 90% stake in Banque Agricole et Commerciale (BAC) in Chad. The bank is now fully integrated into the Group’s banking network and operates under the name Vista Bank Chad. This acquisition forms part of the Group’s regional development strategy to strengthen its long-term presence in Central Africa and support the transformation of local financial ecosystems, serving individuals, businesses, and institutions. Through this acquisition, Vista is progressively deploying its pan-African banking model, built on innovation, financial inclusion, close customer engagement, and operational excellence. “This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our pan-African expansion strategy.
